Joymask is a 7-piece band that performs brass-heavy funk and soul grooves to people in hats. The music also features a generous spattering of jazz and dance music, creating a high-energy fusion of old and new styles.

The band has been playing for 2 years, during which time it has self-released a couple of CD's, appeared on BBC radio, signed a track to an international publisher, gigged around the South and generally paid its dues. Joymask's second album will be digitally released this summer.
